The room was beautiful and we'll thought out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. If we're fortunate to visit Madrid we'll stay here again. Highly reccommended
The only criticism is that there wasn't an instruction for the kitchen hob and the tv

The hotel is excellently located, easy to get to all the important attractions in the city center.
The room was very clean and well equipped.
The stuff is extremely friendly and hospitable and we felt like we got the answers and attention to all our needs.
The balcony was tiny.
I woke up of noise from the street a few times during our stay, bur maybe the the downfall of being in such a central place.
