The place was very clean, organized and had everything needed for our stay
The location is near to La Gran Vía. Which is nice.

The location of the hotel is perfect, you can walk straight into the city centre, close to restaurants, attractions, and all the fun.
when we arrived, the toilet had a sticker indicating it had been cleaned, but it clearly hadn’t been. This was the first time in my life I saw this at a hotel.
The bed was also quite hard and uncomfortable
