AKS Porto Heli Hotel

The hotel was spacious with excellent facilities, and we really enjoyed the great variety at breakfast. There was plenty of choice and everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff could have been a little warmer and more welcoming. At check-in, we weren’t fully informed about things such as where to get towels, and when we asked about an upgrade, we felt there was some hesitation in accommodating our request. A little more warmth and clearer communication would have made the experience even better.

Very nice hotel, well maintained, beautiful pool, breakfast with big variety .

We stayed six nights and had problem with our room door keys five times! It was room # 357. This was very annoying.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, the beach location was great, the breakfast was good, was close to a great all day breakfast place and also to the town.

Breakfast should be offered later, 12 pm

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The cleaners started cleaning the rooms next to us and above us as early as 8:00 a.m., dragging beds and sofas around, and the noise was really loud. I complained from the very first morning, but unfortunately it didn’t help. Every morning we were woken up at 8:00, and the noise continued until around 10:30. It was simply a nightmare. Everything else was perfectly fine, but if you like to wake up naturally while you’re on vacation, I’d recommend finding another hotel.
