Cocoon Hotel La Rive

Amazing location, the room was clean, river view. Very peaceful.

The food was ok, unfortunately doesn’t match the price. No airco in the room.

Landscape and complete peace and of course the nearby Bourscheid Castle on the hill.

Beautiful location. We got the cottage suite facing the water - and the view and vibe was beautiful! The property is located in a valley and you can easily access the castle nearby on foot or by car.

On reaching the hotel, the reception staff (without looking at my reservation details) declared that I must be headed to the hotel down the road and must exit and take a right. It was a very confusing and weird "welcome". It did put me on the backfoot a bit to even enquire about their services and approach them for anything. For such a well appointed hotel, I would have expected them going the extra mile, clarifying and assisting me kindly. Additionally the phone in the cottage did not work well, so I was forced to go the reception desk for anything I needed.
