Kefaluka Resort

Staff were very friendly and Selvinaz hanim was kind and helpful. Massage at the spa was really nice.

The food was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable.

The location is a bit far, and the room feels outdated. I believe the resort should consider renovating the rooms. The AC was also a bit warm. I would expect a 5-star resort to provide an iron in the room instead of requiring guests to send their clothes to the laundry for an additional charge. Also, there are no taxis readily available at the resort. You either need to request an Uber or ask Guest Relations to arrange a taxi, which can take at least 20 minutes.

The F&B / the amazing management of the facilities / the duty manager Kenan was extremely hospitable, professional and polite a d he personally addressed my complaints when i checked in .

the hotel has the potential to be the best family destination in bodrum - it needs: 1) rooms face uplift 2) more activation of retail space 3) rethinking the panoramic elevator cabin size and speed. (Wait time is an issue) 4) air conditioning effectiveness

Staff is amazing .They are helpfull and knowledgeable

Expensive ,low society guests ,food can better.
