Air conditioning works perfectly, room was cleaned, and sheets changed every day, same as complimentary water. Location is very close to the center of town, + food market which starts from 06:00 in 10min walk.

One small thing - the water in the shower is lukewarm at best, for those who like a hot shower, that would be a minus. Or it was only our suite, I did not complain about that.

The staff were absolutely wonderful! Nina, poy, and Tiger were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything I needed. They made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. What I liked most about the hotel was the amazing staff. Even the tuk-tuk driver was friendly and helpful. The hotel was also clean, and everything was well organized. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The staff made the experience even better, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only small downside is that the hotel is a little far from the main road. However, this was not a big problem because the hotel provides a free tuk-tuk shuttle service, which is very convenient.
