I would like to give special recognition to the barman SAKHE for his exceptional service. He was extremely caring, friendly, welcoming and always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His warm personality and excellent customer service made our experience at the hotel even more enjoyable. He truly represents the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel valued and appreciated. He deserves the very best from the hotel. I strongly believe that employees who go above and beyond like this should be recognised and appreciated. The staff within the hotel were amazing. This hotel.is.huge! I arrived early and they were able.to.accomodate me early. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want. Lovely and fresh. The rooms, were cabin style, really peaceful. Super.clean super.comfy. I could have slept here all.day

The only thing was a long wait for.food.at the courtyard restaurant.

We liked the breakfast buffet and the breakfast manager. She was very attentive and served us well.

We were moved to three different rooms during our stay. The televisions were not working properly.
