The hotel is set in lovely well maintained grounds within walking distance of Usk. The hotel itself is also well presented and comfortable but the highlight is the dining room with excellent food and lovely waiting staff. A definite place to recommend.
Nothing really - a charging point would be welcome.

Given that our room was on the second floor in the attic, we were pleased there was a lift. The choices of different Breakfast on offer was immense, and being waited on at breakfast was excellent from the polite staff. The check-in and car-parking onsite was excellent as was the location to the centre of Usk. The room service and request for more pillows was excellent and the room was very clean and bath & shower good quality.
The price point of £307 for two nights (Thursday & Friday) in Mid September was expensive with a standard sized double bed, which my partner found the mattress spongy and uncomfortable at times. We tried to change rooms but all the beds were said to be standard doubles. The TV was small and had a limited selection of channels and volume. The Room seemed quite compact for over £150 per night. The Hotel was full at the time, so I suppose the best rooms had been let to other people.

Okay but more thought needed for allergies at breakfast
Rooms were unbearably hot. When we arrived all widows were closed and curtains open. Had to leave the room for hours to cool down
