Superb hotel. Friendly staff. Enormous room. Great facilities.
The food is a bit hit and miss to be honest.

Room was a good size and well-equipped. The staff in the bar were amazing and the food was tasty. Lovely views
Reception staff seemed snooty and the hotel was a bit out of the way.

Everything!!! Air conditioning in the room was awesome! If you are a person who gets hot, it is very cold but you can also turn it down or off if not a cold person. Very rare in my travels to Portugal. Rooms are huge for the money!! Breakfast was great with lots of choices! Everyone was very nice and spoke lots of languages. Overall, one of best experiences in Portugal!!
Nothing!

Staff has been always proactive and very helpful. They make themselves available to assist clients.
In fact this unit is “ looking for an update “. It is a must in the present circumstances and facing the challenges of the day to day operation.
