Sousse Palace Hotel & Spa

Great location on the beach, close to downtown and the medina. Staff were wonderful, from the front desk, cleaners, underground private garage attendants, porters and most especially the waiters at the excellent restaurants. Room had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable, shower and A/C worked great and the safe was a bonus. We ate at the 12th Floor restaurant which had great views, excellent food and wine. But best of all was our witty, friendly waiter.

Could have used more information about the restaurants up front. Some guests had all inclusive packages but those of us without had to make prior arrangements to eat in the restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. The restaurant was a true highlight , the food was consistently delicious, with a great variety of options, and everything was beautifully presented. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

Check in was fast and efficient. Common areas of the property were well kept and clean.

Rooms could use general updating....very dated and worn.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location right next to the medina and great pool and beach access.

Food was average, range of options but nothing particularly good. Rooms were decent sized but outdated and somewhat limited in the amenities.
