Walk to waterfront or restaurants. Very helpful staff. Modern room with great shower. Bike storage in nearby garage. Pizza restaurant nearby is wonderful.
Though they had staff at front desk, they wanted to charge extra for a 2pm check in. When we left and asked for 2 bottles of water, they required 8 euros.

Location is very convenient to walkable points of interest.
Breakfast area is a bit too cramped-- very tight space.

The property is very close to the railway station and is located in a walkable distance to major points of interest like the Ducal Palace, Cathedral and St Gildard Convent where St Bernadette is. The bedrooms were also very nicely decorated and bathrooms very good with decent showers and complimentary toilets
The rooms were not air conditioned. Whilst a fan was provided, when it is warm (which it was) it was slightly less comfortable. The Breakfast was limited with very small pastries and whilst there was a decent selection of other things, it was not a great offering to my own tastes.
