Alles TOP! Besser geht nicht! Traumhafte Lage, Super schön und kuschelig und besonders eingerichtet! Details verliebt, für Romantik Liebhaber..sehr nettes Personal. Und das Essen perfekt! Auch zwischendurch ist mit Brotzeit und Kuchen buffet gesorgt… einfach perfekt! Wir kommen wieder!!

Ruhig gelegen. Mitten in der Natur. Nahe an der Loh Collection.

Es war wirklich schön. Nix zu meckern.

Eine beinahe märchenhafte Lokation! Man fühlt sich fast wie in eine andere Zeit versetzt. ☺️

Leider gab es renovierungsbedürftige Ecken, die man in der Sommerpause schnell hätte beheben können. Ein großer Riss im Stoff einer Sitzbank in der Bar, schief hängender Lampenschirm im Restaurant. Das hat leider den tollen Gesamteindruck etwas gestört.

Beautiful setting in nature, charming property with good spa facilities and a quality restaurant. The hotel is clean and the staff is polite and helpful when asked questions.

Overall experience below expectations for a Relais & Châteaux. Communication prior to arrival via the Booking messaging system was inconsistent and unclear, particularly regarding room configuration and arrangements, which set the tone for the stay. There was also no proper onboarding at check-in (no hotel tour and no clear explanation of included services). The breakfast buffet remained unchanged over several days and felt repetitive. In addition, there were visible signs of understaffing, with the bar closed on some evenings and some services unavailable. The overall service and communication fell short of the standards we experienced in our other Relais & Châteaux stays. This was unfortunately the lowest overall experience among our nine Relais & Châteaux stays so far.
