The property is well located and connected to visit iconic places. Also reachable walking.
At first, I thought the rooms would be bad maintained, but my room was good. The hotel needs a better maintenance out of the rooms, in the comment places. I also did not like that the bad needed to be clean better.

A simple hotel, but clean and in an excellent location — within easy reach of Wiener Stadthalle and with good connections to the city centre. There are also plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby, so everyone can find something they like.
There are a few things that could be improved. For example, the toilet flush in our room wasn’t working properly. The walls are also quite thin, so you can hear almost everything from the neighbouring rooms, even normal conversations.

The price was reasonable. There is a tram stop almost right outside, like a two minute walk away. Amenities like hand soap were provided. The room was clean and roomy. The location is pretty good, you're able to be in the city centre in 10-15 minutes using public transport.
The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, including the pillow. There was just one AC outlet for the bedside lamp, the provided fan and my phone charger. The room was really noisy, I could hear the people next to me talk. My room was located next to a plaza with a terrace.
