excellent location (just on the outskirts of Budapest - but the area is quiet and in the middle of forests :) ; good quality of swimming pool & sauna ; free parking ; English-speaking staff

Piękne otoczenie i komfort w domkach, na plus basen i śniadanie w cenie. Sprawdziło się idealnie na nocleg w drodze do Bośni.

Śniadanie było słabej jakości - wszystkie wypieki i chleb były suche z wierzchu i bez smaku, brak soku owocowego dla dzieci (sama wodą lub gorące napoje) etc. Na basenach zewnętrznych był bałagan z leżakami, woda nie oczyszczona, sauna słaba dogrzana. Miejsce piękne ale naruszone zębem czasu.

The surroundings are beautiful and the hotel has tennis courts and a swimming pool. It is fine, ok value for money, beds are comfy, breakfast is great, staff pleasant. The indoor pool is good for swimming, whilst the outdoor pool is more just for kids. The café bar in the lobby is great :)

Bed sheets were clean, pillows not the most comfy but ok. There were cobwebs in corners and the little ventilator cover in the bathroom had an inch thick layer of dust (the stuff that looks like velvet from afar, which intrigued me, so I touched it and it started falling off).

Quite good breakfasts. Views and general climate of the place.

Rooms were not cleaned each day at all despite promising that during booking and check-in. We stayed there for a total of 6 days and the rooms were not cleaned even once. For the towels I had to argue to get them changed on two occasions. Once the reception clerk gave us just the swimming pool towels that are not suitable for drying, the other night we got changed after 5 minutes argument when the clerk called his supervisor and finally went downstairs to fetch us the towel... Shouldn't be like that definitely - the hotel brags about being 3-star whereas 3-star rating means cleaning every day and changing towels every day. Also the swimming pool outside was super cold, even the promised 24'C which would already be quite cold was not met and the water temperature was around 21'C. Coming back to rooms again, they were not properly cleaned for our check-in either with some spiders webs on the walls and a lot of dirt on top of table and furniture...
