Very central, the fountain can be heard at 7 in the morning. You can go 10 meters and drink from the mineral springs. Staff helpful with our issues but could not advise much on public transport.

We tried to use a device but it broke the socket and we didn’t have electricity for one evening. Thankfully it was repaired the next day.

The hotel location is very close to the Kolonada and the city is very nice and ideal for walking at the park. Next time, but we will definitely choose next time a different hotel at the same location.

The worst experience was a restaurant, I cannot recommend there a services, because there does not meet the 4 star hotel standards. I took a photo also about the "not fresh" (may be 1 week old) pancakes, missing eggs or sausages, offer options. They are not offering also any juices or croissants or cakes. It was really my worst experience due to the quality and spectrum of food types. When we are shared our experience with the staff, was not any real time action that regards. The second bad experience was a comfort due to missing pillows, actually which was 1x available, was just an 5-10cm soft little size pillow, so not so ideal option for all kind of users. (Would be good to have 2x or have also one more big pillow.) The hotel do not having parking place on the front of the hotel, so we went to the city public parking place. The cost was much more higher, then the offered services or quality.
