The pool was beautiful. The rooftop had great views and the included breakfast was great.
The restaurant seemed like it was struggling. We ate there two nights. The first night was nice, but on the second night we had to return our drinks and there was no butter for the bread. The butter served on the first night was wonderful! It seems like they are struggling with something and it is not inexpensive!

The hotel was very clean and attractive. The staff were very pleasant and helpful as well. Although it was very pricey for us being canadians, it nice to stay there.
The description on vicinity of attractions was not really true, it was a very far walk to attractions and if you walked back, doing the hill is not pleasant so taxes are needed.

Staff was good.
A/C does not work well.
Breakfast could be better. Cold cuts and cheeses very low quality. Speed of service at breakfast is slow.
Wearing cuffia at the pool is very okd fashioned and makes no sense.
