The pool was wonderful for our kids, the rooms are well equipped and in good shape, the bar service at the pool made us feel welcomed and in vacation mode. We revieved a room upgrade due to availability. The grounds and greenery are well maintained. Great location to walk to the port and Rocce Rosse. Every encounter with the staff was extremely pleasant!
The extra charge for laundry wasn't great, but we appreciated the ability to do so and the machines were in better shape and worked better than machines at other stays. So for us it was worth the extra charge.

La résidence est très jolie et très calme. Le jardin est parfaitement entretenu. Notre logement était très propre et confortable. Le logement est très proche du port d’Arbatax pour prendre le bateau qui fait des excursions dans le golfe d’Orosei.
L’équipement de la cuisine pourrait être plus complet avec par exemple un mini four ou un micro-ondes

Die Anlage hat uns sehr begeistert, weil sie gut gelegen ist und der Garten war wunderschön! Die Appartements sind rustikal, aber sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Terrasse auch sehr gemütlich. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftspool und eine kleine Bar. Auch ein Gefrierschrank und Eiswürfel stehen in der Waschküche zur Verfügung.
Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein, aber wenn man nicht groß kochen möchte, reicht es aus. Die Klimaanlage war auch etwas laut und bläst stark, wir haben in der Nacht ausgeschaltet. Wir haben einmal die Handtücher gewaschen, da hat uns der Preis von 8,- für die Maschine und nochmals 8,- für den Trockner geschreckt.

Résidence et appartement coquets. Très bon accueil par la personne qui nous a accompagnés à l'appartement et nous a montré les équipements. Très propre avec même une housse propre sur le canapé. Tous les appartements ont une terrasse avec table et transats. Ambiance calme. Piscine avec nombreux transats et bar. Bon wifi partout. Laverie avec plusieurs machines. Port, restos, épicerie et plages accessibles à pied. D'autres plages et balades faciles en bus ou voiture.
Quelques équipements supplémentaires seraient appréciables dans l'appartement : table basse, freezer (il y a un congélateur partagé dans la laverie), bols et coquetiers, grille pain.
Parking facile autour de la résidence mais non sécurisé.
