EH Rome Airport Euro House Hotels

The room was very clean and comfortable. Considering the area, I was pleasantly surprised. It is 3.5 k to the airport, so convient.

I left at 8am in the morning and needed an invoice, but the office was not open, which I though odd for a hotel. So I left he key on the floor outside the door and hope it was ok. I keep calling receptiong to organize a shuttle for the next day but the girl never answered, so I went downstairs and she was on the sofa using her phone and not answering the office phone. Anyway, she set it up quickly and it was fine. 20 EU.

The room and bed were clean and smelled nice. I would stay here again.

The front desk closes at 23:00. Get there before that. Typically I expect a hotel to be open all hours and to be able to come and go at all hours. If I knew this was the case I may have not stayed here. So if you plan on arriving late I would suggest staying at another hotel or at least call to let them know you will be late. See how that goes.

Convenient location close to the airport, WiFi works well, the room was clean, and fair value for the price.

As a disabled guest with a service dog, I experienced significant issues at check-in despite notifying the hotel in advance in writing. Staff demanded I leave my service dog outside on an open balcony (in the rain), asked invasive questions about my medical condition, requested an additional deposit specifically due to my service dog, and attempted to charge 15 euros extra beyond the booking price. I had to advocate firmly for my legal rights. The staff member later apologized and acknowledged everything went smoothly, but this treatment should never have occurred in the first place. If I hadn't known my rights, I would have been charged unfairly and faced discrimination. Travelers with service animals should be aware this property may not be properly trained on disability rights and service animal policies.
