Very friendly and helpful staff.

The lift/ascensor failed to work from time to time.

The location is PER-FECT! I was lucky enough to get a room the very same day due to a change of plans on my end. It did the job beautifully. Functional. Clean. Cheap. And great location.

Nothing to report as my expectations were in ligne with the hotel category and style.

The staff was very helpful and kind. You can in the middle of the city center. You can reach everywhere by walking.

They have Coffee machine in the lobby but only work with money not with card. May be kettle in the room will be good.

Location

I had booked for what is described as a 2-room place with a private bathroom. They gave us a room with 3 uncomfortable beds, without a working AC, and a private small bathroom. 3 beds? Who cares? We are a senior couple. AC? The hosts claimed no one in the building could use AC after September 15. Supposedly a building policy. If true, they should have updated the description. TV? A tiny 21” or so LG. We don’t care about TV but again their description is misleading. We paid an extra 20 Euros for early checkin. When we were about to check out, no courtesy at all, they asked for 3 Euro per luggage per hour, or 10 Euros per hour for late checkout. We opted to check out by the 11am due time therefore, had to cancel our hop on/off bus tour. Great location but for the price we were hoping for something slightly better. Lessons learned.
