About a 10 minute walk to the Escorial. Secure parking on premises for 15 euros per day.
Limited breakfast options. Dinner service starts at 8 o'clock but really begins when the cooking staff arrives.

The hotel decor, although clean and tidy is a bit tired. The buffet breakfast was OK but a bit limited

The hotel and the room are nice and clean. There is a restaurant at the ground floor, which I didn't try (next time!), where they also serve breakfast.
Breakfast is fine, with both savoury and sweet food and fresh fruits.
The hotel is located five minutes walking from the main palace as well as the restaurants area.
All in all a nice stay.
The decor of the hotel and the room are on the old side. The fridge in the room didn't work. The wardrobe door was stuck.
