Clean and tidy

The location, the pool and jacuzzi, and the staff were amazing. Vera helped us with booking everything we needed (taxi, boat trips and always there for you).
The furniture is a bit outdated. I was expecting the usual Radisson furniture, but it didn't feel like other Radisson locations I've stayed in before. They could upgrade a bit the hotel to match the brand and price.
The pictures don't include the bathroom, which has everything quite narrow and it's split.

The quiet secluded location. The gardens are very beautiful and serene with all the lavender and other plants. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very nice designed, clean and tidy. Amazing breakfast selection with great variety also including local dishes.
Just for improvement, the staff could be more helpful around the pool area, with umbrellas and towels. I had to find someone and ask for towel and open umbrella every time I sat by the pool. Just a minor thing.

Staff were not well trained. Hotel is a bit run down and very basic. Breakfast was very basic. Staff were not very helpful at all and not trained well. All in all disappointing
