Eleonas Boutique Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

The design of the hotel was very contemporary, stylish, very clean and new. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was very good, the gym facilities were good for the size of the complex. The bed was very comfortable, room was nicely designed.

Firstly these are very minor, and some cant be changed such as the location which is a good 15 to 20 minute walk from any bar or restaurant but the walk is safe. We believe the price of the drinks and restaurant was a tad high which meant we decided to venture into town every night to eat and drink rather than stay in the hotel. I believe by lowering the price slightly more guests would stay and therefore spend more. Potentially have a happy hour between 4 and 7, get people drunk and they will be more likely to stay and eat rather than leave the complex.

Everything was good, the staff is very helpful and attentive, the food was great, huge selection at breakfast.

The only thing was the lights in the bathroom and shower were a little too dim and we had the room next to the kitchen which was a bit noisy at times.

The breakfast was excellent, so much choice and high quality produce. The lunch and dinner menu was delicious too. The staff were pleasant and friendly, especially Eric on the bar. The pool area was lovely and the gym had lots of good equipment and was a nice environment to work out in. We made use of the spa services and that was great. The room was lovely, air conditioning worked well and it was quite and comfortable at night.

The lack of proper coffee at the breakfast - it was all instant which was a shame as the rest of the breakfast was really high quality The cost of the laundry service was astronomical - £7 for a single dress whereas it cost £10 for a whole load in a launderette in Rhodes town. You'd expect to be able to access reasonable laundry services on-site. Some of the access through the place was a bit off - you had to walk all the way back to the road entrance to go up the ramp to the entrance when you parked your car alongside the building, would be useful to put steps in to avoid that walk. Also felt a bit strange that we had to walk through the restaurant to get back to our room after going to the gym or the pool, would be better to have a side entrance round the back to avoid that.

Spacious room. Nice outdoor facilities, big, nice swimming pool. Good location, close to the airport.

The rooms are not at all well maintained.. The state of the bathroom was not good at all. It is the first room I have ever stayed in which has not had a tv (which personally I don't mind at all but I thought it was strange) Some small things could make our stay much more comfortable, eg pegs, mosquito repellent, hair dryer. Not dirty but because everything is old you don't have the feeling that the room s clean. The price was reasonable but the rooms did not meet our expectations. The place can indeed become nice if renovated.
