Ontas Traditional Hotel

We enjoyed staying at Ontas so much! We stayed in the top room of the tower, with the mezzanine and balcony, and it was beautiful. So open and airy, and very peaceful. It was the perfect place to come back to and rest after a big day out exploring the city. The location is superb, we could walk everywhere. It's amazing to stay is such an old Venetian residence. Stella and all other staff were lovely and extremely helpful (thank you for recommending a great laundry service!).

Only thing for improvement was the shower sliding door - one of them needs to be put back on its roller, as it can't be easily rolled to the side to open it.

There is no lift. We knew it and was fine for us.

Cute place but they don’t replace towels everyday and there’s no one at the reception. It’s basically an air bnb
