Room was good sized with large bathroom.

I adored the authenticity of the place. The character of the building was amazing. The staff were great and friendly. The place is definitely haunted! I was there for a wedding but researched the place before I came and upon noticing it was supposedly haunted I brought some ghost hunting equipment with me. The spirit was very active through the cat balls and the EMF reader and even spoke to us utilising a ghost tube app. The ghost was so friendly and an absolute must for beginner investigators!
The only downside was the fan in my room was so loud and I need a fan as I sweat a lot at night

It was in an ideal position for us to visit lovely places.
Would have liked the bins in our room emptied during our stay.

It’s a beautiful old inn.
It seemed under staffed and we were disappointed not to be offered the cooked breakfast after seeing it on the website
