Castel de Pont-a-Lesse

Fantastic location

Nothing

Conveniently located on our way to Dunkirk and a lovely building

Pricey under staffed bar . Beyond the reception and lounge, it seemed more like a motorway service station

Amazing location in the Forest yet close to Dinant

Not much, unfortunately I was sick after eating in the restaurant, which I reported to staff.

Unbelievable location with great facilities and great breakfast.

Unfortunately the staff are slow and unable to handle complaints, we waited 30 minutes for our dinner plates to be cleared we then waited a further 15 mins for the dessert before we decided to leave and report our issues at reception. While at reception I also reported the shower door would not shut and the shower head was extremely loose in its fitting and made showering difficult Poorly handled from start to finish nothing in the way of compensation like a free drink or apology, but we didn’t let it spoil our evening and just put it down to experience.
