The room was quiet during the night, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was good, although one had to squeeze a bit to get into it.

There was hardly any counter space, especially in the bathroom, which is the size of a postage stamp. Although the bed is a double, two people would have trouble with this room, I think. I had to set my suitcase on the only chair, as there was no luggage rack.

Excellent location, just a short walk along the river to the historic centre. The room and bathroom were modern and well equipped and actually a little larger than expected. There is a 'common room' on the first floor equipped for heating & eating food and drinks which is thoughtful. Good supermarket branch a few doors away and cafes and patisseries close by. Reception is staffed 24 hrs so no problems with access. Good, controllable aircon.

The side road below our third floor room could be a little noisy at times, even with the windows closed. Singing pedestrians is a late night hazard in central hotels - and we were there through the weekend! Not a major problem though.

Great location, walking distance to city centre. Amazing, lovely staff. Great lockers to store luggage after checkout.

Great location, kind and helpful staff, decent Wifi, and nice bathroom and bed

My room was very noisy at night, so much that I had to buy ear plugs to get a decent sleep. Partly this was because of noise coming from the street outside (my room looked out onto the main road), and partly because of very noisy, inconsiderate guests in the hotel itself. On my first night I was woken up by a large group coming in around 3am. The group then dispersed but two guests in the room next to mine were talking so loudly that I had to get up and ask them to be quiet; this was before I bought the ear plugs). On my last night I was again woken slightly by a group around 2-3am (even with my ear plugs). It would be great if the hotel had a clear policy for guests, e.g. "no noise after 11pm" and to enforce this.
