Very friendly greeting, great location, clean, comfortable beds and nice room.

Not enough kitchen facilities to even boil an egg. The fire alarm went off and all the guests stood around in the cold and dark for ages with no clear idea of what was going on. I was recovering from a nasty flu so it wasn't great timing standing in the cold in my pyjamas. Finally it turned out that the duty manager wasn't even on site and they eventually came and turned the alarm off. Still no communication, they didn't speak to us at all. Finally everyone just sort of wandered back to their rooms. The next morning a random person entered our room with a key (before check out time) while I was in the shower. Gave my daughter a hell of a fright.
