Amber Hotel & Spa

We recently stayed at Hotel Amber for a couple of nights during our family trip to Istanbul, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and comfortable. A special shoutout goes to Yakup at the reception desk! He was extremely helpful, booking our airport transfer and giving us excellent recommendations for local attractions. Beyond being incredibly professional, Yakup was polite, very funny, and brought a positive, bright attitude to every interaction. The rest of the staff deserves high praise as well—everyone from management to the housekeeping team and the kitchen staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Our rooms were cleaned daily, and we loved the thoughtful touch of free bottled water provided in the room each day. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a huge, delicious variety of options, and we loved having the choice to eat inside or out on the beautiful, sunny terrace. The only minor adjustment I would personally prefer is if breakfast started at 7:00 AM instead of 8:00 AM, but everything else was a flawless 10/10. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the stunning lobby area. Its location is absolutely amazing, making it incredibly easy to walk to major attractions and nearby shopping streets. Whether you are traveling as a couple or with kids, this hotel is perfect. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose Hotel Amber again the next time we visit Istanbul!

The staff was friendly especially Mr. Bilal, he went above and beyond to help us. I like the location, its quiet close to many places to visit
