I really enjoyed the pool/outdoor area, it was very spacious, clean and lots of day beds available. Their towel service was great too, only needed a small / refundable deposit and good to go. Great stay.
I think given the location, more shuttle busses would have been appreciated. Otherwise your itinerary is dictated by their timetable and having 2 trips to the main areas with the last return back at 4:30pm. There could have been later shuttles for easier access to the city in the evening for dinners.

The complex is immaculate.
The Food was warm and never Hot.
We booked all inclusive to include all drinks. We had to pay for a barista coffee or free machine coffee.The Pepsi and all fizzy drinks were Flat no fizz. The cold drinks were not good !!
