Puerto Azul Suite Hotel

Great location, easy to park self drive car. Clean and well kept property, nice and friendly staff

The room was ODD, why do you have a fridge (which we wanted) have a dining table and chairs, multiple shelving. No wine glasses, no plate or knife and not allowed to borrow from the dining room, you need to address this has a simple solution, just provide basics. We wanted a double bed, this was made up of two large singles, a mattress topper was fitted that was to small, leaving large gaps, we had to remove this. Bedroom Not on draw to put clothes away ?? We left 7 am, continental breakfast awful, bread with no toaster working, horrible cheese and ham (nothing like breakfast)

The location and room were great and there was a terrific flamenco show in the evening.

The check in says from 2pm-10pm and I checked before we arrived but had to wait into 2:40 for our room. I think they should change check out to 11 am instead of 12 or change check in to 3pm - I just did not want to sit around reception for nearly 3 quarters of an hour - if I had known we would not have gone to the hotel.

Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja, prawdopodobnie uszkodzona. Ściany i drzwi słabo wygłuszone słychać wszystko z korytarzy.

The location is amazing - 5 mins to the beach and all the lovely goings on in town. The kids loved it but they aren’t bothered by cleanliness or comfort!

The hotel is quite basic - more so than expected for the price paid. The vibe is most definitely “Brits on tour” lots of sunbed reserving etc and packed in. The hotel could and should implement something so you can sit by the pool when you want to (although with a lovely beach so near you might not need to).
