We loved our lovely stay and felt like we were given the luxury we were ready for. Thank you. The beds were so comfortable and the views out the window lovely. We also thought the food at the restaurant at lunch was delicious! — especially the pear pasta. Thank you, also for giving us a safe place to store our luggage while we toured during our last day hours of our trip. In-room coffee was very satisfying.

The shower did not seal well, and water leaked on the floor pretty badly. Tissues would be appreciated as well.

The food and staff were excellent

There was no mattress topper on the bed blood stain on the Matress

Room was good. Bed was excellent. Location was also every good.

The washroom has a tiny tube of soap (hand wash), and despite asking we only got two micro tubes of soap (for 3 rooms). The AC in the room was not working too well, could actually have used a fan in the room. By the morning it would get even warmer in the room as apparently it would be turned down somewhere centrally. Breakfast on the first day was very good but the second day the fresh fruit (in breakfast) was a day old and tasted bad. Gym and pool opens at 1030 which is kind of late and you would want to workout before the breakfast. Also it closes at 2030 in the evening so you can take a swim after either.
