Very convenient location, comfortable and a cute little balcony too. We had to check in further down the road, which we knew, but the staff walked us all the way up the road and to our room! I was honestly expecting a map and ‘good luck’. It was a relief to have the assistance.
Wasn’t as expected from the photos. I just thought it was a different room. But still it was fine.

Fantastic location. Check in at the hotel round the corner. Staff excellent and walk you to your room. Located in central Florence so great location to everything. Room clean and has everything. Little coffee/ kitchen area to use with nice coffee machine and biscuits. We paid to have the breakfast on the hotel roof which was very nice and the lady who served us coffee and fresh eggs was lovely.
Nothing to not like.

Good location, close to the iconic sites.
Check-in process- you have to check-in at one hotel and walk to another. We had already walked from the train station, so having to drag bags along more cobblestone streets was a bit of a pain. I did also think our room view would be over the square, not the side street.
