Great location just steps from shops, restaurants, and the center of Göreme. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and very helpful with booking airport transfers, tours, and even a next-day balloon ride at a better price than we found online. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the terrace.
The terrace was not quite as decorated as it appears in the photos, and it is not the best terrace for unobstructed balloon viewing because of the hotel’s location and the breakfast/kitchen area being in the direction the balloons fly. These were minor issues and did not take away from our stay.

The location was great. convenient to walk to restaurants, shopping, bus. The staff was just amazing! helped us with our luggage, exploring tickets for the hot air balloon ride. also let us check out late as our flight was in the evening we were able to hang out at their roof top after check out. had great conversation about cappadocia with one of the hosts. Our stay was quite comfortable. The breakfast could do with a little more choices though.
