The location was amazing!

AC, it was hot and then bugs and spiders came in with windows open.

Absolutely stunning location

A bit expensive and no hotel bar

Very good place, very good rooms, wonderful lake views. Excellent restaurants. Public parking is on site, but sometimes could be fully booked.

Location was excellent, overlooking the lake. Lakeside restaurant, terrace and swimming pool were lovely and hotel staff generally friendly and helpful. The family room was excellent.

Asked for a wheelchair accessible room but the room allocated was not accessible - the wheelchair could not even get into the room, and certainly not in the bathroom. The accessible bathroom was actually a separate room on the first floor. Finally got an alternative room on the second floor which was ok but very tight. The lift only took the wheelchair and no-one else. We asked for a candle in a dessert for my grandson's birthday and despite saying that something could be done, it never materialised which was disappointing.
