Pretty garden but poyential guests should understand that this is not representative of the hotel location
Staff not attentive during breakfast. Coffee machine ran out of milk, I had to ask for plates and a clean table was not available. The carpet in the room was curled up on the furniture so it's easy to trip on it. No one was at the desk at checkout time - they (3 staff) were all sitting outside smoking. Entry doors use old school magnetic cards - backup instructions for getting in are provided - it would be better to just fix the problem by updating.
