I really liked the level of cleanliness. The room was small but I was by myself I really appreciated the AC as it was very warm outside

It’s a little claustrophobic as the window is overviewing a wall so the room was dark in the day

The location and the room were great, and the staff responded quickly. Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction work going on that day, so it was very noisy during the day. Just one suggestion: it would be great to have a large mirror in the room — that’s the only thing missing. Thank you

The room was clean. Housekeeping available on request was very good.

The hotel has a virtual check-in. I received the message from hotel as soon as I booked that the check-in information will be supplied on the day of the check-in. Regret to say that I did not receive any information related to check-in till I arrived at the hotel. When I tried to call the number provided, I was not able to connect. The whatsapp message sent did get a response asking to register as a guest on the link sent by the Hotel. Thereafter the details of the codes for entry at the main door and entry in the room came in after completing the registration. The whole process was very annoying particularly when you reach the hotel after a long flight. I was lucky that one of my colleague who was also staying in that hotel came out when I was waiting outside the closed door of the hotel. During my stay I also found a couple struggling with opening the door as they were coming to check-in. I helped them to enter as the main door opens after entering the code on the digital lock and then one has to pull and then push to open the main door. The hotel's description clearly stated that it was on third floor and there was no lift.
