I liked the hotel style, the personal services, the location, our room #8

Feel smoke in our room, that maybe was for the other room, because the apartments' neighbourhood they have certainly distance from our room

From the moment that we arrived, we were treated warmly and kindly and taken care of immediately. This is an absolutely charming boutique hotel in a fantastic location on a quiet canal. The rooms are immaculate and having the cafe downstairs and the breakfast every morning was fantastic. It has a bright and cheery decor throughout the rooms. The people that run this hotel are all so wonderful and friendly and they want you to have a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel for any visit to Amsterdam!

There wasn't anything that we did not like, but I do feel that I need to mention the extremely steep and narrow staircases to get to the upper floors. It was fine for us, but may be difficult for anyone with knee issues or who cannot handle many steps. Just something to be aware of. They brought up our suitcases for us (which was so helpful!) and we didn't mind the climb to the 3rd floor room. I think that many hotels with steps in Amsterdam are similar because of all of the narrow buildings.

Martin made us feel really welcome during our stay in this lovely little hotel in an old Amsterdam town house. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, good bathroom and coffee machine. Its location was fabulous, close to Ann Frank's house and in a lovely bit of Amsterdam. The breakfasts were great and the hotel is only 15 mins walk from the station. A great place to stay

The stairs are steep but we were well aware of this before we arrived and Martin offered to help us with our cases.

Amazing location and lovely room with everything you need, wonderful breakfast and staff as well! Would 100% stay here again!

The walls are quite thin but generally was quiet, everything else was lovely!
