Sehr sehr nettes Personal, die versucht haben alles möglich zu machen. Wunderbare, gute ruhige Lage.
Wir waren 5 Tage da und es wurde im Zimmer nicht einmal gesaugt. Zudem war alles sehr alt, auch die Armaturen im Badezimmer.
Die Lage ist gut, jedoch braucht man ein Auto weil auch ein Supermarkt nicht fußläufig zu erreichen ist und kein Lieferdienst bis ins Hotel liefert.

El entorno y la atención fue lo que mas nos gustó, junto con el desayuno.
Las camas eran incomodas, el buffet del restoran muy pobre y varios juegos estaban rotos o en muy mal estado.

The location is serene and beautiful. The restaurant staff is absolutely great and they played a key role for us to enjoy our stay. The food is simple but very good. Breakfast was delicious for the first days of our stay (then the selection was much more restricted). The outdoor swimming pool is quite enjoyable. Our overall experience was very nice.
Our arrival day was very disappointing. The check in process was a complete nightmare. They were in chaos. One person was being particularly impolite to everyone at the reception desk and they were significantly late (hours late) in assigning rooms to several guests who were waiting. The building needs more maintenance. Sometimes bed sheets were too small for our bed and some towels were far too worn out.
