The hotel is super centric, close to the main attractions and to the metro and bus stations. The personal is awesome, very friendly and always disposed to help. I liked the breakfast so much!

The staff were great, no fuss with checking in or out. Held bags with no issues. The WiFi was adequate, I wouldn't say great but a bit more stable than some others I've had in BA. I'd say the breakfast was on par with many others. The location for immediate tourist stops were great, but food and dining and lifestyle is definitely missing from the area. It's very much just a city centre, so if that's priority to get to the tours, it's amazing, in fact one of them started about 20metres away.

The property is very very dated, and a lot of the paint is peeling off all of the walls. The shower isn't sealed properly and does leak into the rest of the bathroom, which is very dark and drab. I was on the first floor and sound from outside was very easily heard morning and evening, along with my room neighbours quite clearly. The last morning there was dripping indoors next to the breakfast area from what was quite clearly a plumbing leak from the rooms above.
