Bliziutko do centrum, czysto, świetna cena jak na centrum Madrytu. Super miejsce na zwiedzanie miasta.

Bardzo słaba klimatyzacja, ledwo działała a było prawie 40 stopni

All the staff were very nice and courteous. Room was very clean. Location is excellent, just a side road from La Grand Via shopping street, can shop and drop your bags and continue! 24 hours reception. We were able to leave our lugagge after check out. Black out automatic blinds and sound proof from the street! Daily housekeeping provided but room should be vacated before 11am to have it cleaned. Metro station La Grand Via is 2 mins walk. Just note taxi cannot reach the hotel directly as it is pedestrian only but only takes 3 mins walk from the main street. Family run business with charming old interior. Great value for money too.

We had a family room, 2 single beds with AC and one double bed in another room with a fan. It was a bit hot in the double bed room without ac but we're in the middle of heat wave in Europe.

Room door doesn’t stay closed unless it’s locked. Bathroom is very small and sliding door doesn’t provide much privacy. No AC control in the bedroom. Lots of noise from drunk people in the courtyard at night.

Private parking described in the offer doesn't exist - you have to get a few miles far away, and you have to pay the full fee for it. Theoretically, the hostel gives you a 50% discount, but it's not applicable when you leave the vehicle for longer than 11h - which is obvious. I don't like behaviours like that.
