Spacious Rooms: The room (and bathroom) was quite large and felt more like a mini-apartment setup. Bed Comfort: The bed and pillows were very comfortable for a good night's sleep. Building Accessibility: Equipped with an elevator and a 24-hour front desk. Convenient for Short Trips: A simple, reliable option for a quick one-night stopover.

Underwhelming Wi-Fi: Despite Bulgaria’s reputation for fast internet speeds, the hotel’s Wi-Fi network felt limited and fell short of expectations. Outdated Facilities: The overall hotel and its furnishings feel somewhat old and dated. Lack of On-Site Dining & Services: The hotel is small and offers limited amenities, with no breakfast service provided. Slightly Overpriced: While the rate reflects its central area, it felt a bit high considering the older condition and basic service offerings.

Fantastic location, big room, kettle in the room

Pillows were very thick and uncomfortable, old and dirty but covers were clean. We asked staff for a plaster as my wife cut her finger but the receptionist said they didn't have it. No first aid box in the hotel?

The receptionist helped me with parking, and he was very polite at check in. Very good size room

The parking lot is very small. I hardly fit in the elevator. The receptionist helped me and he was very polite. When we checked out in the morning the receptionist on shift (different one at check in) was totally not in condition. He was sleeping and we had to tell him twice not to fallow asleep and he needs to open the elevator so we can go down and take our car. He was not in a good place.
