Extremely convenient to the tube station and Notting Hill neighborhood.
There were not a lot of horizontal spaces to put things. We ended up putting our luggage on the kitchen chairs and that left no place to sit except for the bed. My makeup case lived on the floor of the bathroom because there was no counter or shelf.

Great location in an interesting part of London close to the bus. The apartment is new and well-maintained. It has a fridge, a coffee maker and all the equipment you need to make your own breakfast of a simple meal. There is no AC, but a fan and an iron. As it is so high up it is safe and quiet.
Climbing up all those steep staircases is a problem for many people especially when you have to carry heavy luggage. I would not recommend it for families with small children or older people.
The flat is somewhat spartan and probably very hot in summer.
