The staff were wonderful, went above and beyond to help us and accommodate us. The breakfast was delicious. The room was cozy and comfortable.
Nothing.

It is a simple but very clean accommodation, with very friendly staff and a tasty breakfast. I was impressed by how well I could communicate with the staff and how attentive they were! We will come back again

The staff was friendly and tried with English :) For one night low-cost staying it was enough. Heater helps, because there was a cold temperature. The bus stop was near. The breakfast was a good start for the day.
When I came there was a not pleasant smell around and in the room. The open window didn't help. And it would be fine to change a few things like sheets or cup in the bathroom or walls.

The room and shower were pleasant enough. I guess I am not use to European standards....?
Toilet seat was broken. Bathroom door would not close.
None of the staff could speak English.
Could have really used some help in navigating the city.
