We loved the place. The girl in the reception was really friendly and helpful with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay there. It was value for money.

The location was fantastic, just a 2 minute walk to San Pedro train station and under 10 minutes to the centre of town.
It was a very very basic room. There are a lot of stairs which made carrying luggage to the room difficult especially at altitude.
The room was very cold. It was very very loud at night. There is a generator that ran just outside of the room for most of the night and there are dogs barking all night.
