Great location, very clean, nice breakfast
The toilet having a glass door was not to our liking.

The views from our balcony were stunning (room 17). The place was clean and traditional. The beds were comfortable. The J bus, very close by, is great for reaching Innsbruck old town . Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and fresh. The restaurant soups were very good.
The staff were purely functional in approach, not very friendly. It felt like the business was run with efficiency but not any love or joy. The glass front to the bathroom is very odd, meaning no sound or visual privacy.
Food in the restaurant was hit and miss. The pizza was wet and tasteless. Staff made excuses when we told them.

The location was ideal, close to the cable car to take on to the Hafelekar mountain.
The hotel had no parking spaces of its own, so I had pay every morning for the public car park nearby, which was a bit of a faff. The bathroom had a transparent glass door, which meant that privacy was compromised.
