Location only.
The staff was nice and bed comfortable
There is no elevator so you have to get your luggage up 2 floors, the shower seemed to get stuck on both rain shower and hand shower at the same time. The AC unit kept humming loudly and the concierge didn’t seem to care.
There are no electrical plugs in the room, only one on the lower part of the wall to use for charging and kettle use.

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The location was the best part of the hotel.
The breakfast was a continental breakfast. Tea, croissant and juice. A disappointment. All the other 3-star hotels we stayed in offered eggs to order and fresh fruit. Four flights of stairs to the second floor hotel entrance. No lift. After check-in there was no hotel personnel on site.
