Very good central location, easy to check in, room was spacious and clean.

WiFi signal was poor at times. Some strange options at the breakfast buffet - chicken nuggets and french fries one day.

Location was fantastic -- within easy walking distance of city-center attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable -- with thick walls (very quiet), good AC, and large windows. The breakfast buffet was convenient -- offering a few different hot and cold options. Staff were very helpful when it came to storing bags, allowing late check out, and adjusting my reservation to accommodate an overnight excursion out of the city. I would highly recommend it.

Bed was comfy and housekeeping was super friendly

Elevator was broke and several people got stuck in it. Cable was messed up and went out every time we watched a show. We mentioned it a lot and never got it fixed or any compensation for not having tv Maintenance came up unannounced and I was trying to get dressed and when my fiance opened the door the man up front and maintenance came in and scolded us for having some dish soap on the counter and for having towels in the floor. We are homeless and have spent lots of money here and were told we got no compensation and had to leave
