perfect location, short drive by car to great beaches, restaurants and mini super markets 20 mins from airport and main town Argostoli

The only thing i can think of at a push is the showers were not the best could have been so much better apart from that everything was great .. thank you

Clean and reasonably well equipped

Downstairs shower drain blocked and unusable. Oven main element broken and missing temperature numbers on dial. Dishwasher ineffective. Pool way too cold. No privacy as random men appearing in villa grounds at various times of the day. This was completely inappropriate and spoiled the otherwise great location. We had women and children sunbathing. One even appeared with a leaf blower when I was trying to read. You book a villa for privacy but privacy was just not available. Very poor.

We stayed at Ideals Resort for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. We were given a very large villa with 2 floors, spacious, very nicely decorated and cozy. The villa is well equipped with everything you need, a beautiful kitchen with kitchenware and all the necessary appliances for your stay. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and cozy. There was good communication with Lila and Vivy, who are the liaison women who took care of us. The pool was beautiful with an amazing view, pool chairs and a balcony. We loved our stay here and are looking forward to returning.

The chlorine level in the pool was too high and it took two days to adjust the pH level. And there was a problem with the hot water supply for the shower. The problem was only fixed the next day.

The wifi was poor but our main complaint was about the pool which my son described as being sub Arctic in temperature and chatting to the neighbours they claimed the same. There were trees to either side of the property which were far too high allowing sunshine over the pool and garden area from 10am until 4pm. If they halved the height of the trees it would give two more hours of sunshine in the afternoons but wouldn't affect the privacy aspect. My other complaint was about the lack of any instruction manuals for the TV, oven or washing machine, the first two of which we didn't use but I did try and use the washing machine but have no idea whether I actually washed the clothes or merely wet them. The villa itself had large comfortable rooms but we won't return as half of the reason for renting a villa on holiday is to use the pool which we couldn't as the water was too cold. We have stayed in many villas in the area and have never come across this problem before
