Hotel Cristalda

Breakfast was great, no variation but lots of options, especially in terms of sweets. The room was very clean, but sparse and impersonal. They had an elevator, which was great. Great parking on site. Super nice staff.

Beds were uncomfortable, especially the pillows. Perfectly clean, bt very sparse and impersonal rooms.

The drains in the bathroom smelled awful.. The first few nights I could deal with the smell but the last night I almost vomited, we came home from a day at the beach and the whole room was smelling of rotten eggs. After complaining at reception they just said its from outside the hotel and not their fault, unfortunately no assistance was really offered from their side, we ended up just having to leave the balcony door open for a few hours to get rid of the smell. Disappointing that they didn't even offer any sort of help, just a minor apology. It was also hard to communicate how bad it was due to them not really speaking much English.
