Lovely big room, very comfortable bed. Good bathroom with a great shower. Constant hot water. Free Wi Fi. Quiet location. Very welcoming hosts and greeted with a lovely cool orange juice on arrival. Lovely outdoor terrace with a great view. Would have liked lights so I could have sat out at night. Very close to Pile Gate, bus stops and a small but good supermarket.
The almost 80 steps. Tough going with a suitcase but actually not bad when it was just me. Had to leave at 3am and the lighting on the steps was poor.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. 200 metres from the Old Town with plenty on the doorstep. Very Croatian house and we loved it.
Steps leading up to the property off a narrow path on a busy main road. Not an issue just an observation.

Convenient location to the centre of Dubrovnik, lovely terrace avaliable to use. Excellent air conditioning.
Room was on the small side but was manageable. Bathroom was external as described but also small and tricky layout with steps on entry. There are lots of steps to accommodation but if you don't like steps you wont like Dubrovnik

The room was good and the bed was comfortable. It is located close enough to the Old Town, although Google Maps played a trick and made us walk a lot to get to a nearby point on our first morning there.
There was no one to ask questions about. I was not even asked to provide my documents. You need to climb up several steps to get to the room. The view is not nice. The person who communicated with me online before arrival put lots of pressure on the check-in time. Our flight got delayed and I was overly stressed to arrive late. I thought nobody would be there to host us, but fortunately a lady opened the door. There was no need to stress me so much.
